We, 6 MBA students, are looking to sublet up to 4 rooms in our beautiful 6 bedroom house in Atherton for the summer. Rooms are available starting 1 July up until 15 September.

The house has a large living room, a kitchen / dining room and a patio overlooking the backyard.
Two of us will be living at the house over the summer and we are looking to sublet the remaining other 4 rooms as some roommates will be travelling over the summer.

Average rent per room is $1,600 / per month but depending on the size, some are more expensive and others are cheaper.
