summer sublet in SF (june 12- early sep)

Looking for 1-2 roommates to join me in my 3bd/1ba sublet in the upper mission (15th/s van ness). Large victorian townhouse, free covered parking, free in unit laundry, 2 office spaces.

I'm a coterm interning downtown into art, French, working out, cooking, and nature. I am looking for some chill and clean roomies around a similar age (21-25ish), preferably QTPOC. I'm quiet but love a good chat. Bonus points if you're into similarish things and would be down to host some casual things from time to time.
