Summer Sublet – Stanford University Studio 1

Hi there! Looking for a Stanford affiliate to sublet my studio for the summer (starting ~June 8th / BUT FLEXIBLE MOVE-IN DATE).

It's an forth-floor EV studio (Studio 1).

I'm happy to provide amenities to make the transition smoother including:

• basic toiletries (soap/toilet paper/dishwasher soap/etc)
• cookware (including air fryer, pan, pressure cooker)
• seasonings
• bedding (new)
• linens (new)
• vacuum

The rent is ~$2,039/month and available from the second week of June to August 31st/September 1st. Since Summer quarter starts June 19th, the amount will be pro-rated from June 8th - June 19th (or whenever you decide to move in).
