Hi! We're renting a room in our gargantuan mansion - just so you know, we are a bunch of diverse innovators, technophiles, software wizards, development gurus and all-around interesting crew of people who share this sun-drizzled and modern large house. We are seeking an interesting and considerate housemate to join our coliving tribe.

About the space - you will be living in the top-floor bedroom which has, as we mentioned in the title, extra closets, 3 to be precise. Not only that, there is an option for a private bathroom should you choose to use it. We'll let that be up to you. In addition that bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub - really takes the edge off after a hard day at work.

Stuff in house:
-enormous blue lagoon swimming pool
-supple antiqued wooden deck with appropriate outdoor furntiture
-masterful kitchen, has all stainless steel appliances
-big comfy living room, where we tend to all hang out after work and on weekends*

*Don't worry - we also go out a lot too, but seriously no pressure. Just want to let you know up front, that all our housemates are invited to group hangs. And if you're not into it on any given Sunday, that's all good. We just wanna be friendly :)

Also too we are centrally located near highway 280, so travel & transportation are a breeze. Stanford is a quick 25 minute bike ride and all major companies are super close as well. To name a few: Facebook, Google, Amazon, SAP, Tesla, Microsoft, Yahoo, etc. Plus moreover, many of our current and former housemates have been employed at the aforementioned institutions, so if you happen to work for any of the above, please do mention this in your email.

What email, you ask? Don't worry - I'll tell you. In order to get a feel for what kind of roommate/housemate you would be, we recommend that you write a cover letter (like you would for a job interview) to introduce yourself and your past accomplishments, as well as your current employment, activities, passions, and what you could contribute to our growth as a community. Special skills are of interest, for example: baking, yoga, meditation, coding, ideation, being gung ho, throwing dance parties, and the like.
