We are moving out of our 900 sq ft 2 bedroom / 1 bath second floor apartment after 3 years! This unit is priced to rent and will go fast. We were lucky to get it from a Stanford couple before it hit the market 3 years ago and are trying to pay it forward. It will be listed in a couple of weeks.
It should be available on or about August 14th, depending on the time it takes for property management to paint and clean the unit (quoted 1 week because the unit is in great shape :); latest it would be available is August 22nd.
Features include super sunny ~360 windows. Hardwood floors throughout, w/d in unit. Sunny balcony. Dishwasher, stainless appliances, marble countertops. Very high end finishes. Shared yard with a grill, orange tree, fig tree. 1 off street parking space.
Location is truly incredible. 3 minute walk to the Cal Ave farmers market on Sunday mornings, ~5 minute bike to Stanford’s campus. Walkable or bikeable to Trader Joe’s via a bike path. I biked to the university gym in ~10-12 minutes every day. Really great location.
