My current roommate is moving in with her boyfriend. So I am looking for a female roommate to share an apartment in Belmont available 6th September.

The apartment:
It is a bright 3rd floor corner unit with views into the Belmont hills and towards the bay. The location is within walking distance to the Belmont Caltrain station with easy access to the 101. It is very close to stores like Safeway, Walgreens, CVS as well as restaurants nearby. Shared spaces include the kitchen, living room and balcony while you'd have your own private room and bathroom. Laundry is on the same floor. The apartment complex also has 2 swimming pools, a gym and a barbecue area. Parking space is included. Rent will be $1325/month + Utilities .

About me:
I am a female in my mid-20s working at a pharmaceutical company in Foster City with typical 8 am -- 5pm hours. I like playing board games and enjoy watching shows like Grey's anatomy and Walking Dead in my spare time. I'm vegetarian and enjoy cooking in the evenings. Overall, I'm a pretty quiet person but enjoy occasional get-togethers with friends. I'm looking to share the apartment with a responsible, clean, professional female.
