The 5 of us are a mix of working professionals at Stanford in research, as a teacher, and as a paramedic
(2M 3F) in their 20s and 30s. Everyone is very respectful in terms of cleanliness of the kitchen and common ares, and we're looking for the same. Sometimes we have house dinners, BBQs, or end up chatting over wine.

Preference is for a M to replace the leaving tenant as to keep the gender balance, but all applications welcome. Your bedroom has their own entrance from the deck, in addition to being attached to the main house. You share a bathroom with 3 others, and have a sink in your bedroom. Your room has great light and wonderful closet space.

In this period of shelter in place, we're happy to meet you over Zoom starting to show you the house/room, and answer any questions.

The rent covers WiFi, cable, and a weekly cleaning lady. Other utilities are around $80 - $110 a month, depending on the season, and includes what the house splits for toilet paper, dish soap, etc. First month's rent and security deposit are required upon signing. Lease terms can be 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year - preference is given to those willing to commit for a year. Everyone's lease is unique with the landlord.
