We're looking for a new roommate for our 3 bedroom apartment! Rent is $1095 and the room is available September 1 (move in date flexible 8/27 - 9/1). You would be added to the lease that ends in March 2019 at which point the lease can be renewed.

The apartment has great natural light and is walking distance to downtown Los Altos and 5min drive to Mountain View. The kitchen and living room are spacious with granite in the kitchen and a small patio. This room shares a bathroom with one other roommate. Laundry is coin-op and located 30 feet across the complex. Parking is plentiful.

The current roommates are in our twenties: one of us works as a post doc at Stanford and goes on backpacking trips often, and the other works at a startup and plays rugby. We're happy to have either a guy or girl roommate. The vibe of the house is pretty chill. We enjoy having a beer with each other occasionally and are tidy but not white glove clean.
