Bathroom is shared. Roommates are 1 guy, 1 gal, and 2 cats.
Building amenities include complimentary coffee, fitness center, onsite laundry, theater room, and outdoor lounge w/ grills. Lots of bars, restaurants, and cafes nearby. 5 min walk to Trader Joe's and CVS.

• Room is for one person only
• Available for move-in immediately and no later than Feb 1st.
• Monthly rent is $1457 + utilities (comes out to about $1560 total)
• Must be able to pass credit check. Application fee is $40 for credit check done by the building staff
• Must be able to pay security deposit of $1400
