The apartment is on the third floor so gets a lot of sun and privacy. There is a balcony and a shared backyard with our lovely neighbors on the second and first floor. The lease will be 6 months and then month to month.

The open bedroom has lots of storage space, gets plenty of sun and fits a queen bed and desk. $1775/month.

In the neighborhood, there are brunch places, restaurants, bars and gyms. It is an easy commute to the peninsula, east bay and downtown.
