We're looking for a new housemate!

the basics:
A room in a shared 5-bedroom house, very close to Stanford and Hwy 280.
Rent is $934/month, includes average utilities, DSL, netflix, and housecleaning.
Deposit is half a month's rent.
Move-in date is anytime from mid-June to early July; we want someone for longer-term.

You would be sharing the house with four friendly housemates, (2 women / 2 men), aged 23-53, professionals/academics. We are looking for someone who enjoys living with other people. Though we have pretty busy lives, we do enjoy hanging out together, for example, watching movies, BBQing on the deck, hiking, playing games, or just chatting. Some of us have even traveled together in India, Vietnam, Argentina, and Japan!

The room is 13'x15' with carpet, a big picture window, and a large closet. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person.

The house is older, in a very nice, quiet neighborhood in west Menlo Park (the Dutch Goose, pizza, and Starbucks nearby), with a deck and view out over the valley. There's a large dining/living room; a good-sized kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, shared cookware; a washer & dryer; a room for additional storage; and off-street parking. (No pets, sorry.)
