I am moving out the first weekend of June, and the room I am in will be open for rent!

You'd share the apartment with two very busy postdocs: one male who lives in a partitioned-off section of the living room and shares a common bathroom, and one female who lives in the master bedroom with its own private bathroom. Both were very clean and respectful roommates, yet due to busy/different schedules I saw them only occasionally.

There is full kitchen access, coin op washer/dryer on site, easy parking on street, and a pool in the complex. It's a safe area within biking distance to Stanford (approx 3 miles) and adjacent to a little park.

The room itself has two closets in an L shape, both with mirror sliding doors, and a nice sloping exposed-wood ceiling with a sunlight.

The $1,135 rent excludes utilities, which are approximately $40 per month. If you're not moving with furniture, I'd also be happy to throw in my bedframe & mattress for a discount as I can't take them with me.
