About the Room:

This is a very large master bedroom with plenty of space to have your own private suite. There is a large walk-in closet with lots of storage space. You will also have your own private attached bathroom that has a separate soak tub, shower, and his/her sinks! The room gets a lot of light.

About the Place:

You would live with two other girls in a large three bedroom house. Both are in their mid-20’s. One works in tech and the other in education. The community includes a gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna and recreation room. The house also has a sizable yard. Rent would include gas, electric, water, garbage, internet and cable. The house also has a dishwasher, as well as a washer and dryer. We have stacked driveway parking. The kitchen is large and opens into the dining and living room. The community is very safe and friendly.

About You:

You are looking for responsible, clean and friendly roomies to share your equally responsible, clean and friendly values. We are the type that like to occasionally share a meal or movie together, so ideally, you like to do the same :) We occasionally open up a bottle of wine, but please no smokers (of any kind). And sorry, no couples or families.

Small dogs are negotiable upon reference (sorry, no cats--allergies!).

Move-In Requirements:

Nine month lease minimum. First Month’s Rent ($1400) + Deposit ($1400). Also, please one reference from a previous landlord. Available Nov. 1st.
