Hey All, Looking for a housemate to start rent in August (officially start August 8th but can move in any time before then). Single occupancy and no additional pets please (currently living with one friendly cat). Female preferred.

I am in my 20s and a grad student at Stanford, looking for someone with similar student situation or fully employed.

Large 2BR apartment off El Camino and Wolfe in quiet and safe neighborhood next to both freeways, new Apple building, 24 hr Safeway, drug stores, etc. Parking spot included. On site coin laundry.

Your room is unfurnished but common areas are already furnished.

The rent term will be month to month. Utilities are approx $50-60 per month per person (Xfinity = $25 and PGE = $25-35 depending on time of year)
