I can also offer a short-term sublease from late November through mid-February if you prefer something flexible.

Rent: $1,855/month (your half of the $3,710 base rent)
Comparable new leases in this building are significantly more expensive

This is well below market for this building.
Your roommate would be a Stanford lab technician (early 20s, neuroscience).
