I am selling a IKEA table (only the table of dining set http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/50211104/ ) and a bonded leather chair I bought from Costco several years ago. They do not sell it any more but I paid about $150 for this chair. Both have been used for years so there are signs of wear and tear, especially the chair; part of the leather got torn (ref the pics) but it is still comfy and shouldn't be much of issue unless you have kids/pets who might pull it more.
