We’re looking to add a roomie to our sunny home in San Carlos. Preferably, we’re looking for a young professional or student and definitely want someone who's friendly and chill.

We’re just a 6-minute drive near the El Camino Real; where you’ll have quick access to loads of great restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, stores, and bars. Some standouts are Trader Joe’s, Bianchini’s Market, CVS, Starbucks, Patxi’s Pizza, Cask Wine Bar, and much more!

Nature lovers will love how close we are to some amazing nature sights with Plugas Ridge and Edgewood Park nature reserves nearby; as well as, Big Canyon and Eaton Park. Both offering awesome hiking trails and panoramic views.

The home features an expansive living/dining space with stunning dark hardwood floors, all fully furnished, awesome for those seeking a low-maintenance move-in. The kitchen is a huge galley-way style kitchen with lots of cabinet and counter space, modern fixtures, and stainless steel appliances.

The bedrooms have great quality dark hardwood floors or fresh carpeting, and lots of natural lighting. The bathrooms have been remodeled and fitted with modern fixtures as well! The backyard space is quite spacious, perfect for entertaining.
