1)over 21 and have government issued photo ID (NO BECHTEL IDS)
2)Stanford Students (have Stanford ID)

It is a misdemeanor to
1)Sell liquor to people under the age of 21
2)Drive with opened containers of alcohol not put in a locked area (trunk, or locked glove compartment).

It is NOT a misdemeanor to

1. Sell/Give liquor to people over 21.
2. Drive with unopened containers of alcohol and be over 21.
