Transfer lease for 1 bedroom, private bathroom in 3BR/2BA apartment

Hi, I'm looking for someone (females preferred) to take over my lease at a 3BR/2BA near the Menlo Park caltrain station. Current tenants are two other women who work/study at Stanford and their greyhound. The rent is $1665 for your room, private bathroom, and a parking spot. Move-in is flexible and available starting mid-March (note rent has already been paid through March 31st). The contract is until 09/09/2023.

The bedroom is not furnished. There is coin-laundry onsite, bike storage is available, and the apartment is close to Safeway, Trader Joes, and the downtown Menlo Park area. Let me know if interested, and I am happy to provide more details and share photos/videos.
