For eligible Stanford community member (grad students, postdocs, residents, sabbatical visitors, faculty, staff),
I will have rooms available from the end of November, both with private bathroom
in my house on campus (Peter Coutts Circle).
The rooms come with (light or moderate) use of living room and kitchen, washer and dryer.

Master bedroom + master bathroom + additional room and balcony, second floor.
$1750-2250
The master bedroom is furnished (king sized bed, walk-in closet, chest of drawers)
and comes with linen.
The bathroom has a nice bathtub and shower, double vanities.
An additional room is available too for added privacy that can be used as an office or
additional bedroom. It comes unfurnished.
A private balcony can be reached from both rooms.
Rooms have high ceilings and have been freshly painted.
Blackout curtains available.
This set of rooms would be suitable for a couple, and could be a great option for
residents who sleep at odd hours.

The rent is $2250 but can be adjusted to $1750 for postdocs or other Stanfordites
on a low salary.
Not included in the rent are contributions to internet, cleaning service and utilities.

Deposit = 1 month rent
