BEDROOM 1:

$1350/mo. including rent and utilities for a 13' x 14' bedroom with private entry. The bedroom is very large and comes unfurnished. It includes a built-in desk with keyboard drawer, tons of shelving, storage and a large built in closet (pictured). Utilities and household expenses are included in rent. You'll have access to a newly remodeled bathroom (shared by one other housemate) and garage for storage if needed.

BEDROOM 2:

$1400/mo. including rent and utilities for a 10' x 11' fully furnished bedroom. The bedroom comes with a bed, desk, shelving and nightstand (pictured). Utilities and household expenses are included in rent. The bedroom is over 110 sq ft of livable space with a large built in closet and shelving. You'll have access to a newly remodeled bathroom (shared by one other housemate) and garage for storage if needed.

THE HOME:

The house is about 2500 sq. ft. with wood flooring covered by beautiful rugs. All the bedrooms are all carpeted. There are two bathrooms located close to bedrooms. We have a large central living room with a 75" HD TV home theater system for movie nights, a large kitchen with gas range and refrigerator, dining room with huge 8-person table, dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer. There is plenty of parking available in the driveway.

THE LOCATION:

The house is located 3/4 mile from Menlo Park CalTrain. The neighborhood is upscale and very safe with large trees lining the streets. Burgess Park is just a few blocks away. 10-15 minute bike ride to Stanford campus or Facebook and only minutes away from downtown Menlo Park with easy access to the 101 fwy and El Camino Real.

HOUSEMATES:

Including you, there are a total of five housemates. We have a tech professional, two postdoc research scientists, a visiting scholar and a lab tech all at Stanford (all male). Out of respect for others there are no overnight guests allowed.

YOU:

We're looking for a respectful, tidy, male housemate (due to shared bathrooms). You must be responsible to pay rent on time each month without exception. With five guys living in the house, you must be the type to clean up after yourself, keeping all common areas clean (especially the kitchen and bathrooms) and free of personal clutter. The house is smoke-free and drug-free.
