$1100/mo. including rent and utilities rent for a 10' x 11' furnished bedroom (see photo) with new carpeting and high-end furnishings. The bedroom has a large built-in closet and comes furnished with a full bed, nightstand, glass top desk and glass shelving. Utilities are included in rent. You'll have access to a newly remodeled bathroom (shared by one other housemate) and garage for storage if needed.

MASTER BEDROOM (photo 2)

$1200/mo. rent for the 14’ x 14’ master bedroom with new carpeting. Rent includes electric, gas, water, garbage and ultra high-speed fiber Internet. The bedroom is very large with two built in closets. The room comes optionally furnished with a twin bed, nightstand, desk and executive chair (see photos). You'll have access to the newly remodeled master bathroom (located in the hallway).

YOU:

We're looking for a respectful, tidy, male housemate (due to shared bathrooms). You must be the type to clean up after yourself; keeping all common areas clean (especially the kitchen and bathrooms) and free of personal clutter. You must be responsible to pay rent on time each month without exception. The house is a smoke-free and drug-free environment.

HOUSEMATES:

Right now, there would be a total of three housemates including you. We typically have Stanford post-grads, and tech professionals. Overnight guests are discouraged.

THE HOUSE:

The house is over 2000 sq. ft. with wood flooring covered by rugs. All the bedrooms have new carpeting. There are two bathrooms in the house completely renovated with ceramic tile, new toilets, sinks and showers. We have a large central living room with a 75" HD TV home theater system for movie nights. The kitchen is also newly remodeled with ceramic tile flooring, solid quartz countertops, new cabinetry, dishwasher and built-in microwave. There is a high-end gas range and two refrigerators. The dining room seats 8-people. We have a dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer. The backyard is very large with comfortable outdoor furniture. There’s plenty of parking in the driveway.

THE LOCATION:

The house is located 3/4 of a mile from the Menlo Park CalTrain station. Stanford’s Campus is a 30-minute walk and downtown Palo Alto is a 10-minute walk. Downtown Menlo Park is even closer with a bunch of coffee shops, restaurants and a Trader Joe’s all within easy walking distance. The house is located in a highly desirable, upscale, centrally located neighborhood in the heart of Silicon Valley.
