We're selling two couches because one of our roommates just bought a new sectional and we need to make space for it ASAP! Both couches are in good condition. Willing to barter on price! Buyer will need to come pick the sofa/sofas up from our apartment (we do have an elevator and loading ramp right near our unit!).
