We're looking for a grad student or two to join our five person home in East Palo Alto, just off of University Ave and 101. We have two bedrooms available starting November 1st, but we can accommodate an earlier move-in. Both rooms have plenty of space, and one is furnished. Rooms are priced between $800 & $900. Rent is month to month after a minimum 6 month commitment and a 30 days notice before leaving.

The house has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms, a two car garage, a giant kitchen, multiple fridges, a backyard with a grill, a washer/dryer, high speed internet, good vibes, a guest bedroom, and a ping pong table.

A little about the house right now:

Rob is an engineer at a start up. He is from New Hampshire originally, and came to the Bay Area to go to Stanford ('12). He loved the area so much that he stuck around to enjoy the sun and the people. He is very serious about fantasy football, and even more serious about Magic. His spirit animal is a jaguar.

Austin just moved to the Bay from New York to work in tech investing. He likes to go to concerts, snowboard, exercise, write, and dance in fountains. He's dying to go to Burning Man. He once saved a girl from drowning late at night in the ocean. His spirit animal is Stitch (yes, from the movie).

Corinne is a Bay Area Native. She likes to read, chat about pop culture, sing in the shower, scrub countertops at midnight, throw dinner parties, and do yoga. She has a slight problem keeping her hands off of other people's ice cream, but she always replaces what she steals. During the afternoons she tutors english and math. Her spirit animal is a dolphin.

Sadly, we are not considering pets or couples. But we are considering someone who is:

-not afraid to be silly
-leave common areas spotless
-is open to house dinners
-has passions and is willing to share them
-enjoys good company, good food, good art, good music, and good conversation
