Hey, two of our roommates are moving out on December 15th and so we are looking for people to replace them.
This is a house. 3 bedroom, one bath, good-sized kitchen, backyard, garage, free parking.
We are in Menlo Park, about a 5 minute drive to campus, 15 minute bike ride.
The rooms opening up are:
a single for $1050
half of a shared room for $750
Utilities usually run $35-$55 per month per person (4 roommates total)

The two returning roommates are male

No cats (allergy). All other pets are fine.

We need to have people committed to these rooms by October 14th
