We have two rooms that will be vacant in June. This is a year lease minimum.
Our house is:

1. Close to St. Antonio Caltrain Station (if you prefer to commute)
2. Close to Walmart, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Target and Safeway
3. Close to 101
4. Five miles from Stanford University

Room 1: This is a "two bedroom for the price of one" deal. The rent is $910.00

Room 2: This spacious room is $857.00

Both rooms share the same bathroom. The rooms will unfurnished; however, if you don't have your own furniture there are spare furniture in the house you could use.

We are:
Currently 3 females and 1 male
Responsible and busy with our own lives
Quiet and friendly

We are looking for females (potentially male) housemates who are:

Besides rent, you will share all the utilities - Internet, water/sewer/garbage, electricity. All together comes to roughly $120 a month.
