Two single rooms for rent in a shared house in the Ladera neighbourhood.

• The first room becomes available for lease takeover beginning March 1, 2024. The lease ends August 31, 2024 but there is a possibility of renewal for the following year.

• The second room becomes available May 1, 2024 and also ends August 31, 2024 with renewal possibility.

• 10 min drive/15 min bike ride from campus

• Shared bathroom with two other housemates

• Large house with lots of common spaces, well-equipped kitchen, two-car garage for storage, large backyard, pizza oven (!)

• Shared with 5 other housemates: Stanford PhD students, postdocs and recent grads, one dog
