The studios are located in East Palo Alto, at Dumbarton Ave, in quite area, 5 minutes to Stanford University.

Both separate entrance.
I work for SLAC and live in main house.
Rent for first one -- $550 + $30 utilities, inclusive of wireless internet and cable TV.
Rent for second one -- $650 + $40 utilities inclusive of wireless internet and cable TV.
Refundable Security Deposit -- $500 .
