My teacher friend and I are looking for one or two new roommates starting in August, as one of our roommates will be moving out by the end of this month. Currently, we live in a four-bedroom house and the rent is $3,900/month, so we pay $1,300/month each splitting among three people. One available room is a master bedroom with a bathroom, which is currently used as an office space. Utilities (PG&E, Garbage, Internet) are paid separately. We are looking for a minimum 1 year rental, and a background check and references will be required by my landlord. The rent will still be $3900 if there are three tenants, but the landlord will increase the rent to $4500 if there are 4 tenants. One queen bed and desk are available if requested.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood in Daly City, close to Westlake and Serramonte Shopping Centers, a lot of grocery stores nearby (walking distance from Ranch 99), and has plenty of street parking. Colma and Daly City BART stations are close as well. It has a spacious living room and kitchen, garage with laundry units, and good-sized closets in the rooms.

We are both male high school teachers (32 yo and 24 yo) who graduate from the Stanford GSE last year. We're pretty relaxed people who are not overly crazy about being clean, but are considerate of each other. We are mostly quiet and relaxed at home. We prefer a rooming with a working professional (teacher would be nice but not necessary) who is considerate and friendly.
