I'm looking for a young professional to join my roommate and I in a house in the San Mateo area. While we don’t have an exact house secured already, we do have one in mind. First, a little about myself:

I graduated last June with a BA in International Relations. I'm currently interviewing at a number of places in the city and South SF and should be hearing back from them soon. I like to do all sorts of things. I love music; my last job included organizing and promoting EDM shows in SF and I usually go to 3 or 4 big shows/festivals a year. I like to be outdoors as well. I've been doing a lot of hiking on the weekends, and I will be getting a dog soon to take with me, so you have to like dogs (don't worry -- all of the jobs I've been interviewing with actually allow you to take your dog to work, so you wont have to worry about dealing with him while I'm not around!). I love to travel, cook, shop, go to the beach, and basically do anything that ensures a good time. I'm not necessarily looking for people that love to do all of these things, but it would be great if we could go on a hike together on the weekend or something.

About you:
Young (mid twenties to late twenties, probably. I am 23, turning 24 early next year). Clean. I would expect you to clean up your dishes/messes in the kitchen/around the house relatively quickly (please, don't just leave your dishes in the sink for somebody else to pick up!). You like dogs/animals (specifically Pit Bulls - I will be adopting one soon! If you don't have breed experience, you should do some research on them! They are amazing dogs, and I am sure I will make a believer out of you if you give me the chance!) and you are open minded. Prop 215/gay friendly please. I don't have a ton of furniture, so anything you have would be great! We could also go in on some things together at a later time. Just a heads up - I usually get along with just about everybody!

We went and looked at the house today and we both loved it! The yard is amazing and the house is really nice. We already turned in our applications, so we are looking for a third person ASAP! Please have good credit or at least somebody to cosign with you!
