We have an unfurnished room available in a 5 bedroom house in East Menlo Park for $950 a month plus utilities (~$50-$100). You will have access to parking in the driveway, living room, bathroom, kitchen, and washer and dryer!
The house is conveniently located next to 101 Hwy, close to Facebook HQ, Ikea, Menlo Park Station, and ~25 min bike ride from Stanford (or 15 mins by car). We are looking for someone friendly, outgoing, social, very clean, respectful, and considerate.

About us: We are young professionals (2 women, 2 men) from ages 22-30. We are from different backgrounds and work full time. We love music, the outdoors, sports, and food! We have a lovely dog that stays in the backyard.

A security deposit of 1.5 x $950 is required along with first month rent. Move-in date is December (landlord is flexible).
