We have two rooms available in our 4 bedrooms 2 bathroom home available for rent for a one year co-signed lease beginning June 1st.

The larger bedroom is $1025/month, the smaller bedroom is $950/month.

Rent includes:

Unfurnished bedroom with closet
Shared bathroom w 1 roommate
Shared living room
Driveway parking
Laundry machine & dryer
Dishwasher, oven, gas-stove top range
Kitchen cabinet space
Refrigerator space
Bi-weekly gardener
Garbage utility

Safety deposit: ¼ of the total house safety deposit ($1000 per person).

PG&E, water, and Internet are not included and range from $80 in the summer to $120 in the winter per person (estimates).

The landlord requires proof of income and credit score report with application.

First month’s rent, last month’s rent, and safety deposit expected upon move-in.

Current housemates:
Two female working professionals who are quiet and clean. One of us have lived here for 2 years and the other of us has lived here for 1 year, and we both feel that the house and neighborhood are quite comfortable. One of us has two cockatiels (small birds) living in the back bedroom, but sorry, our lease does not allow more pets - no exceptions.

Our home is the place we go to for relaxation and recharging after work and hope to find roommates who also want to maintain a relaxing and homey environment with positive roommate relations. We are seeking people who similarly want to keep common spaces clean, keep late hours quiet, and are trustable.
