It is a real nice house in a nice neighborhood.

We just got the house and are going to move into it on June 17th. We are happy to not have it empty for the time. It will be furnished but not very personal as we do not live there yet..

It is ~ 12 mins to Stanford by bike.
We pay like 1250 $ / month per room. So we'd charge proportionally.
