Quiet and super safe neighborhood, and the house itself is in a cul-de-sac so plenty of privacy. In addition to the stellar location, the house itself is pretty amazing. The recently refurbished large chef's kitchen (stacked ovens, two separate large basin sinks, big island, five burner gas stove, recessed fridge and storage space galore) opens into the dining room, living room and shared study/work area with board-room style table and giant tempered glass white board. Both the living room and board room have wood burning fireplaces in addition to the fire pit out back. There is also an excellent brick grill built into the back of the house and a large outdoor pool! Accents like the natural wood flooring, exposed beam ceilings and built in skylights elevate the ambience beyond what you might expect from typical graduate student housing.

I'm a 26 year old software engineer and photographer who is the lone holdover from the previous group. We did a great job of keeping the house maintained, and though we all had busy independent lives, when we got together for impromptu evening or weekend hangouts it's been a really fun community. I'd love to keep that going, so please tell me a bit about yourself and what you like to do for fun!

I have a well-trained and laid-back 3.5 yo Siberian Husky who holds multiple AKC titles. I'll be working from home most days and am on the busy/lowkey side (after work, I ride horses and take my dog out on hikes - I also don't really drink and do not smoke)
