With exception of the mattress, none of the items have been moved since I built them in my bedroom a year ago. I am an absurdly clean person and can promise that they have been very cared for and used with a light touch. The bed frame, mattress, desk and chair are as close to brand new as it gets! 

I'll be moving September 1st and would like to sell all four items around that time. If you need the items ASAP, please let me know.
