This is a luxurious sofa in fair condition. No tears with some minor signs of stain/lint. Currently I use this sofa with cream-color queen sheet which fit perfectly to the top part behind the curvature. It's great to be able to remove the cover to clean whenever. The curve, soft edges are also perfect as head rest!

I'm selling this sofa because I'm moving to a smaller place. It's not easy to part with this super comfy sofa.
