Very nice, fully furnished room available in a friendly Palo Alto home. Wi-Fi included. Room is equipped with a small fridge and a microwave. Very quiet neighborhood in a tree lined street with plenty of street parking available. A very clean bathroom shared.
Shopping plaza conveniently located within walking distance (3 minutes), offering great restaurants and a supermarket for your everyday needs.

The house is located between Embarcadero, Oregon and 101. Stanford, Google, Facebook, Downtown Palo Alto are only a few minutes away.

No smoking, drugs or pets allowed.

Rent is $1200 a month. The first and last month payment is required, plus a $400 safety deposit. Use of the laundry room for an extra $40 per month.
