Very nice, spacious (19x20), fully furnished room available in a friendly Palo Alto home. Big closet, queen sized bed, Wi-Fi included. Room is equipped with a small kitchen. Very quiet neighborhood in a tree lined street with plenty of street parking available. A very clean bathroom shared.

Shopping plaza conveniently located within walking distance (3 minutes), offering great restaurants and a supermarket for your everyday needs.The house is located between Embarcadero, Oregon and 101. Stanford, Google, Facebook, Downtown Palo Alto are only a few minutes away. No smoking, drugs or pets allowed.

Rent is $1295 a month. The first and last month payment is required, plus a $400 safety deposit. Use of the laundry room for $45 per month. Utilities $60. Interns welcome. Stanford professor approved.
