Visiting Grad from New Zealand - Looking for summer sublet (July 1st - end September)

Hi, I'm George, 28, kiwi, coming to visit Stanford!

I'm looking for a 3-month sublet over the Summer (July 1st - End September), furnished, that I can call home while I am here. Budget max is $2500 per month. I will be at Stanford as a VGR and am open to on- and off-campus options (Menlo Park, Palo Alto, ...)

I'm respectful, have plenty of experience living with others, and am super keen to find a fun, relaxed, creative group of people that I can call my housemates in the short time I will be here in the Bay, so if you have something available I'd love to hear from you.
