Visiting Researcher Seeking 1 year lease starting July 1 (flexible)

Hi, everyone!

My name is Leon, and I'm a third-year medical student at UCSF doing a one-year research fellowship at Stanford starting July 1st, 2026 through June 30th, 2027, though I have some flexibility regarding the move-in date.
I'm looking for a room (furnished or unfurnished) in Palo Alto, Menlo Park, or nearby. Ideally around $1,600/month.

About me: clean, quiet, respectful of shared spaces. I'll be commuting to campus by bike so proximity to Stanford is a plus, but I'm open to options within a reasonable distance.
