Visiting Student/Scholar [M] seeking housing (Sep - Mar)

Hi everyone!
My name is Domenico and I am an Italian visiting researcher. I will be at Stanford for 6 months (from late September to March 31st) and I am looking for a room to rent or sublet.

About me:

I am clean, respectful, and very organized.
Non-smoker, no pets.
I will spend most of my days on campus at the Aeronautics & Astronautics department.
I am happy to socialize and share a meal, but I also respect personal space and quiet hours.

What I am looking for:

A private room in a shared apartment/house (or a studio).
Budget: up to $2200/month.
Location: Ideally a bikeable distance to campus.
Furnished room is highly preferred since I am staying for 6 months.
