Hi,
I am an undergraduate student (male) from Tsinghua University, and I will be a UGVI summer research intern at Stanford from June 22 to August 31, 2026. I am currently looking for a furnished place to stay during this period. Dates are slightly flexible.
What I am looking for:
- Preferred unit type: A 1B1B (studio/one-bedroom) would be ideal, but I am also very open to a private bedroom in a 2B2B or shared apartment (sharing bathroom and common areas is completely fine).
- Preferred location: Near Stanford campus, within easy biking distance to Campus Drive / Medical Center area. Palo Alto, Menlo Park, EVGR, or nearby neighborhoods all work well.
- Budget: Flexible, ideally between $2,000 – $3,000 per month, depending on location and setup. I can also put down a security deposit.
A little about me:
- Clean, organized, and quiet
- Non‑smoker, no pets
- Will spend most of my time working in the lab
- Respectful of shared spaces and roommates’ schedules
