Requirements:

•   5+ years of senior management in a high-tech startup
•   PhD in Engineering or equivalent experience	

Useful Skills:

•   Electrical Engineering/Engineering Physics/Physics
•   Radio
•   Photonics
•   Device Physics
•   Experience with nanotubes, semiconductor manufacturing, photonics, simulation/modeling. 
•   Management Experience
•   Hiring/Firing/Building up a staff (managers & individuals)
•   Building/running a research lab/team
•   Moving technology from theory->lab->prototype->market
•   Management of disparate personalities and skills
