VSR seeking room near Stanford, Nov 1 - Apr 30

Hi! My name is Wiktoria, and I'm a PhD student at Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences, in the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, from Poland. I'll be joining the Department of Microbiology and Immunology as a Visiting Student Researcher from November 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027, on a NAWA fellowship.

I'm looking for a furnished private room within biking distance (up to ~15 min) of campus. I'm quiet, clean, and organized — during the week I'll mostly be in the lab, and on weekends I like exploring the Bay Area.
A couple of things about my situation: my fiancé may join me for short periods of the stay — at the beginning and in the middle — and I may occasionally have guests. Happy to discuss details with anyone open to that.

What I'm looking for:

Furnished private room, budget $1500–2000/month
Access to kitchen and laundry
Within ~15 min of Stanford campus (bike or short drive)
