My husband and I are Stanford grads/ working professionals in Palo Alto/ San Francisco, and we are taking a 4 month leave of absence with family out of town. We love our top floor 1BR 1BA + bonus upstairs loft, and plan to live here upon our return. It is large and bright, has incredibly high ceilings and feels very welcoming. It's two blocks from California Avenue in Palo Alto (great restaurants, local grocery, Caltrain station, parks, gyms). Safe, quiet, bright, spacious. Dedicated gated underground parking spot and washer/dryer in unit. Pool and Jacuzzi in complex (under repair, due to reopen in Sept). Walk or bike to Stanford University.

We are looking for responsible and financially secure individual or couple to sublease while we are gone. Ideally we'd be looking to fill September 1 through December 31. Option for furnished or unfurnished. Rent inclusive of utilities and high speed internet is $2400.
