I want a 1920x1200 monitor less than $130 or 2560x1440 monitor less than $280 (well, ...negotiable)
It should work very well without any problem. No dead pixel, nor back light bleeding .... whatever.
Cosmetic condition is not a problem as long as it does not affect the functionality.
