[WANTED] 1B/1B or Studio starting mid Aug to Dec 2024 (or July 2025)

Hello :) I am a physician (late 20s, female) who recently started fellowship at Stanford Health Care. If you have a 1B/1B or studio (private, not shared) available starting mid August, preferably furnished with essentials, with a parking spot and within biking distance to the hospital, please message me. I am looking for a place at least until December 2024 so subleases welcome. If it is a good fit also happy to sign on for a year until July 2025 (inclusive). Thank you so much!
