Budget is small. However, f you are willing to trade, I can offer another older desktop (AMD Athlon 64 2Ghz, I think 512 MB RAM, no OS -- but I could install XP/Linux for you, works fine, but it's a bit loud for running overnight) or a new Time Capsule (2TB).
