I've been riding the same Walmart mountain bike since I was 10 and I am sick of the short, fat tires and worn-out, honky brakes. I would like something that better fits my size (5 ft 4).

My friend has this kind of bike (http://www.bikestoreguys.com/product_list/49289.101159.1017387.0.0/Brentwood_Ladies) and I really like it but my budget is around $150 (negotiable). Why I like it:

Large, thin tires
Can attach a basket
Very low bar so you can step over the bike in front of the seat
Springs underneath the seat

Do you have what I am looking for? It doesn't have to match everything up there but I am quite set on the large, thin tires.
