I am a 23-year-old male, recent college graduate, moving from LA to Palo Alto for work, looking for a short-term sublet/lease takeover.

Dates: June 19 – End of September / October (flexible)

Budget: Up to $2000 (flexible for the right fit), max $2500 all inclusive

Location: Within ~30 min of Stanford during peak hours (San Mateo → Sunnyvale preferred)

Room: Private bedroom preferred (open to shared bath)

Parking: Need for 1 car (can pay in addition to rent for the right house)
